Approached by a local, Chattanooga couple, JBrennon initiated what hoped to be a signature design-build project for 2024. Located in Cleveland, TN, Enchanted Hills Wedding Venue made it through as-builts and space planning phases but stalled due to site conditions outside the control of JBrennon or its client, ultimately canceling. While the project did not make it through design much less construction, this project demonstrates JBrennon's capability to collect requirements from the Owner, translate those requirements into design elements, and deliver the Owner vision within budget through an iterative process of review and refinement.
