JBrennon provided general contracting and design-build services to one of Hummus Republic’s first restaurant locations in Georgia, the gold-standard for franchisee construction. From an empty shell, JBrennon performed all major construction activities including metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, ceramic finishes at walls and floors, custom millwork fabrication and installation for kitchen equipment, kitchen hood and fire system installation, fire protection system redesign, fire alarm panel and wiring, HVAC ductwork and system maintenance, new electrical panel installation, and bathroom / light fixtures. Uniquely, JBrennon custom built frameless, glass sneeze guards over the custom, solid surface countertops and installed high-end trim work and faux brick finishes per the brand’s design requests. JBrennon completed this project on time and received the highest praise from the franchise Owners in California.
