JBrennon evaluated and repaired the fire tubes inherent to a Cleaver Brooks CB 293-350 industrial boiler damaged by oxygen corrosion. Our team inspected the existing boiler and removed all old tubes, provided and installed new tubing, verified proper installation via hydrostatic testing, fired and cleaned the boiler, inspected its refractory, and performed a final, third party boiler inspection. This project was met with some challenges after pitting was discovered internal to the unit which required additional cleaning and repair.
