JBrennon provided parking garage patching and resurfacing of failed areas utilizing a specialized product called Neogard, available only to select suppliers and installers in the northeast. Surface repairs comprised two levels of parking deck and included selective removal of de-laminated pavement coatings from substrate, disposal, hand grinding of edges against surrounding pavement coatings, primer, base coats, wear coats, and a top coat. Following patching, JBrennon re-striped the parking lot to match existing.
