Partnered with Huckestein, JBrennon et al demolished and replaced a computer room air conditioning room air handler and condenser. The work required the removal and installation of specialized floor tiling and ceiling to integrate new piping and control wiring to provide heating and cooling in the event of a primary HVAC or server room failure. JBrennon recovered existing refrigerant; removed the existing air handler and condenser; furnished and installed a new upflow air handler and condenser, new refrigerant piping, and connected the unit units to existing electrical disconnects.
