A combined landlord shell and tenant build-out project, this job spanned six months due to scope of work and design changes, material delays, and coordination of SBA loan funding with the tenant. Typical for all Bubbakoos restaurant build-outs, JBrennon provided turn-key installation of all wall construction and finishes, HVAC ductwork and unit installation, plumbing underground sanitary and CW/HW lines, roof patching, kitchen hood, grease duct, and equipment installation, concrete floor polishing, sneeze guard fabrication and construction, custom soffits, wainscotting, trim, millwork, and countertops, and white glove restaurant equipment and furniture set out.
