This interior build-out coincided with retail strip center new construction performed by others. Interior build-out comprised new partition walls prior to installation of all underground sanitary and overhead hot and cold water supply, gas lines, and electrical lines throughout. Upon completion of all interior partition walls and bar area construction, new ceramic tile was installed throughout complete with FRP combinations in the restroom facilities. A new Captive-Aire kicthen hood system and exhaust were supplied and installed by JBrennon. Typical to these build-outs, JBrennon installed new stainless steel, corner guards, stainless caps, trim, and new lighting package. Additionally, JBrennon coordinated with Owner vendors to ensure provision of graphics, furniture, and other assorted kitchen equipment were installed concurrent with close-out and certificate of occupancy. This project was met with some delays due to final inspections required by the contractor performing site and shell construction, but JBrennon finished its work on schedule.
