A local project, JBrennon converted a dark shell with slab to a white box for Dalton Development Partners and its tenant, CosmoProf. Working directly with the end user, Architect, build-out contractor, and lessor, Net Lease Alliance, JBrennon provided and installed electrical service,panel and gear, meter box, meter, gas line, water service, roof top units / ductwork, storefront augmentation, doors and hardware, and interior demising wall construction and wall/bath finishes. Due to some design issues JBrennon noted early on, the project maintained its schedule despite significant changes to scope and cost. JBrennon turned over the project on schedule for the follow-on contractor to continue its build-out without interruption or delay.
