An atypical project for JBrennon, we upgraded an out of code utility room with fire rated walls and ceilings. Construction activities include metal stud framing, installation of 2-hr rated walls, 2-hr rated metal frame and door, and fire caulking. The room was constructed around existing utilities and within an active chemical facility.
