Construction efforts required night work and activities around an active, “open to public” Tire Discounters store. JBrennon’s model for renovation of the location became the gold standard for all future, open to public renovations. Due to JBrennon’s detailed planning, incessant scheduling updates, daily and weekly summary reports, and constant communication with TD operations and store management, the location continued to generate revenue while JBrennon worked flexible hours, often night shift, to complete a motley of scope tasks difficult to perform with inventory and machinery that had to be protected and moved, daily. Performance of work included extensive interior demolition, epoxy repair and recoating of the shop area, check-out area patching, painting, and acoustical ceilings, landscaping and irrigation, parking lot paving, resurfacing, and striping, concrete pad and curb construction, dumpster enclosure construction, structural reinforcement, gas heater installation, roof repairs, gutter and downspout replacement, interior doors, frames, and hardware replacement, EIFS / stucco repairs, plumbing fixtures, electrical upgrades, and garage door installation.
