This small maintenance project was performed in connection with a larger, Bubbakoos restaurant build-out in Dublin, OH. The Owner requested preparation and paint of all exterior bulding surfaces to include repair of storage at the rear of the building. Due to JBrennon's colocation while on executed the larger build-out, we provided economical and affordable contracting services to a landlord/tenant in need.
