This interior build-out required the demolition of all existing interior fixtures and partition walls prior to installation of all new underground sanitary and overhead hot and cold water supply, gas lines, and electrical lines throughout. Typical of second and third generation spaces, salvage of existing utilities permitted JBrennon to save the Owner monies while focusing upgrades where most needed to include new rooftop mounted make-up air units (MAUs). Upon completion of all interior partition walls and bar area construction, new ceramic tile was installed throughout complete with FRP combinations in the restroom facilities. The existing kitchen hood and grease trap were cleaned and tested / certified upon completion and turn over. JBrennon relocated a walk-in cooler, installed new stainless steel, corner guards, stainless caps, trim, and new lighting package. Additionally, JBrennon coordinated with Owner vendors to ensure provision of graphics, furniture, and other assorted kitchen equipment were installed concurrent with close-out and certificate of occupancy. This project was manned by a full-time Superintendent for its duration.
