A standard, tenant build-out project, this job required typical construction efforts per Bubbakoos plan and design. JBrennon provided turn-key installation of all wall construction and finishes, HVAC ductwork and unit installation, plumbing underground sanitary and CW/HW lines, roof patching, kitchen hood, grease duct, and equipment installation, concrete floor polishing, sneeze guard fabrication and construction, custom soffits, wainscotting, trim, millwork, and countertops, and white glove restaurant equipment and furniture set out. Unique to this project, JBrennon cut out a section of the brick shell to install an automatic drive-through window unit.
