A project full of design changes facilitated by JBrennon, this was JBrennon's / Tire Discounter's first, large-scale renovation project together. The existing building was approximately 50 years old, retrofitted twice already. At the exterior, JBrennon chemically cleaned, primed and painted many EIFS features that were patched and repaired; outfitted the building with new awnings at the front and sides; removed an existing dumpster enclosure and installed new, and provided new islands at the rear of the building. Additionally, the parking lot was resurfaced/seal coated upon completion.
