An atypical, tenant build-out, this Bubbkoos location was a stand-alone unit. A departure from in-line units, it still required typical construction efforts per Bubbakoos plan and design. This location was a retrofit to an existing restaurant location. Following demolition, JBrennon provided turn-key installation of all wall construction and finishes, HVAC ductwork and unit installation, plumbing underground sanitary and CW/HW lines, roof patching, kitchen hood, grease duct, and equipment installation, concrete floor polishing, sneeze guard fabrication and construction, custom soffits, wainscotting, trim, millwork, and countertops, and white glove restaurant equipment and furniture set out.
