JBrennon teamed up with Steak & Shake post-Covid to provide a way to serve customers during the no-entry food industry lock-down. We were given thirty days to complete over one-hundred locations across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The scope of work included prepping of asphalt, painting of parking spots, assembly and installation of picnic tables and umbrellas, and installation of retro-style car-hop signage at each parking spot – to include exaction of Earth and installation of sign pole with concrete base. Our field teams and project manager worked tirelessly through all hours of the day and night during this month, battling summer heat in Georgia and hurricane storms across Florida. To add to the difficulties included in this project, some states were still operating under lock-down status which made it extremely difficult to complete this outdoor work in a time-sensitive manner. Against the odds, JBrennon completed all locations within the requested time-period. JBrennon is an experienced restaurant renovator having worked with brands such as Checkers, Rally's, Burgerim, Hummus Republic, Buffalo Wild Wings, and other private companies.
