This limited scope project comprised the design, fabrication, and installation of a new fire protection system across three suites of new interior office space on the second floor of Building 4500N. Additionally, storefronts inclusive frames and glass with privacy film were installed at three suites. JBrennon self-performed procurement and installation of all doors and hardware with the help of the Local Carpenters Union in Oak Ridge. JBrennon subcontracted the aluminum storefront glass installation to a local subcontractor. The job required use of cranes and rigging to hoist sprinkler pipe and tempered glass through the second-floor door opening.
